Congratulations to Cliff Miller and Carly Kell as they have just become engaged to be married, after Cliff surprised Carly and proposed to her live on the air during the Kix 95.3 morning show with The Luceman and Logan!!
Luceman & Logan cleverly coaxed Carly to come on the show to talk about working as a customer service rep for Overstock dot com! Little did she know she was there for a completely different reason!
