KIX 95.3 will play the (Academy of Country Music) ACM “Song of the Day” 3 times per day Monday through Friday during the period of March 24^th through May 3^rd as part of the “KIX ACM Dream Trip Of A Lifetime” contest. Listen to “Luceman & Ashley” weekdays at 7:12 am Monday thru Friday for them to reveal the “ACM Dream Trip Songs of the day” Those songs will be played at random times throughout the day 7:00am-7:00pm. Contestants will need to be the designated caller to qualify for the grand prize ‘Dream Trip of A Lifetime’ to Las Vegas to attend the Academy of Country Music Awards.

KIX 95.3 is giving contestants a chance to win a trip for two to The Academy of Country Music Award Show to be held in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 18, 2008. Grand prize winner will be randomly drawn from all qualifiers and will be announced at a Qualifier Party to be held on May 2^nd, 2008 at Five-Star Ford in Aberdeen. One qualifier per household. Winners will fly to Las Vegas on Saturday May 17^th, and will return on Monday May 19^th. While in Las Vegas winners will stay at the MGM Grand. Winners must abide by the Haas Entertainment Trip Guidelines. A copy of the official rules and Haas guidelines can be obtained at KIX 95.3, 1308 Coolidge Road, Aberdeen, WA 98520.

All Federal, State and other local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The winner will need to supply KIX 95.3, Grays Harbor Radio, with proper identification including address and social security number. A W-9 will be provided to the winner and must be completed in full in order to obtain winnings.

Participating in this contest constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, voice, and likeness for publicity purposes without any additional compensation to winner.

Winners of any and all prizes in the KIX ACM “Dream Trip Of A Lifetime” contest will be asked to sign forms confirming prize receipt, his or her eligibility and his or her publicity and liability releases. Forms must be returned to KIX 95.3, 1308 Coolidge Road, Aberdeen, WA 98520 within 5 days of receipt. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
The KIX ACM “Dream Trip Of A Lifetime” contest is open to all entrants, 21 years of age or older by the time of winning. ONE QUALIFIER PER HOUSEHOLD. No purchase is necessary. Winners will be notified in person. Prizes will be released at KIX 95.3’s discretion. The KIX ACM “Dream Trip Of A Lifetime” contest is not open to employees of KIX 95.3, Grays Harbor Radio Group, Morris Communications LLC, The Academy of Country Music, Haas Entertainment, their representatives, their subsidiaries, or their immediate households. The KIX ACM “Dream Trip Of A Lifetime” is non transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner and Guest must execute a release & waiver before commencing on the trip, releasing the Academy of Country Music, Haas Entertainment, KIX 95.3, Grays Harbor Radio, Morris Communications LLC and its owners, employees, trip personnel, representatives, agents, directors, officers, successors and/or assigns from any and all claims for liability including but not limited to such liability arising from any acts or omissions resulting in injury or illness to body or property of trip participants while trip participants are participating in the trip including while in transit to and from city of trip event.

Non-compliance with rules by winner(s) may result in forfeiture of prize. KIX 95.3 remains the final decision maker in all matters relating to the KIX ACM “Dream Trip Of A Lifetime” contest.
